Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets
You will find a few small shops located on the ground floor in the main atrium of Puerto Vallarta Airport, while the International Departures Lounge has duty-free shops with many products available.
Bars, Cafés and Restaurants
There are a number of eateries on the ground floor in the main atrium and in Domestic Departures as well as a restaurant (Wings) on the first floor and a caféteria and a bar in International Departures.

The ground floor main atrium has a bank, bureau de change and ATMs as well as a post office. Public telephones are spread throughout the terminal; telephones accept credit cards, although pay-as-you-go Telmex cards offer a much better rate.
Disabled Facilities
The airport has many services for disabled travellers. Ramps and a lift have been employed for ease of mobility for the wheelchair-bound and specially-fitted toilets and reachable telephones have also been installed. Disabled car park spaces are available in the car park opposite the terminal, where assistance is available as well as in the airport. You should call your airline before travelling if you require assistance.
